Starting a local Wal-Mart or Sam's Club doctor group in your area will enable you to build relationships with your colleagues as well as your corporate partners. That will help all those that participate to become more profitable, to resolve both local and national concerns, and make your overall Wal-Mart or Sam's Club experience more positive. Our Atlanta group started meeting over 4 years ago and we have supported each other by sharing business tips, submitting concerns to the home office as a group, resolving issues together, covering for each other during sickness, and building relationships with our corporate partners that enable us to focus on being a team within our local stores. We are excited to share our history and tips with you and we are looking forward to hearing about all the incredible things you will accomplish with your group!

We have enclosed on this website a summary of a presentation we did in Columbus, Ohio three years ago. It reveals our history and our progression in addition to our current structure. We created a system that has worked great for our area, but it is strictly a guideline - each group is different, so be as creative as need be! Also enclosed is our "Ten Tips for Success", some example agenda outlines, and a list of some of our group's accomplishments.
